There are many ways in which you could help us here at the Adoption Centre

Volunteering at the Centre
With up to 200 cats at the centre we are always grateful for an extra pair of hands. Whether you get into the nitty gritty and clean pens and litter trays, spend time grooming the cats or sit and socialise some of the long term cats, your donated time is very important to us.

Volunteering with the Friends
The Friends of Derby Adoption Centre is a small group of volunteers who help co-ordinate our fundraising.
They are always in need of help within the Centre at weekends, during fundraising events at the Centre and helping off site at various fetes, galas and events manning a stall.

Become a Friend
For just £5 a year you can become a member of our Friends Group, you will receive regular updates about the centre through our newsletter The Moggyzine.

Become a Breakfast Buddy
Breakfast Buddies is a new way for you to help the cats in care at the centre, for £5 a month you can choose a cat and pay for their breakfast for that month.

Donate
We rely on the generosity of supporters to keep going, donations of money are always gratefully received but we also accept donations of good quality, books, bric a brac and clothes (no electrical items). New items are also always needed for tombola and raffle.
